The University of Delaware Center for Disability Studies will host a webinar, Make Your Voice Count, on Wednesday, Oct. 21, from noon to 1 p.m., on the Zoom platform.

Topics include early voting, vote-by-mail, absentee balloting, polling place accessibility and COVID-19.

"Delawareans with disabilities have a lot to consider as they prepare to vote in the November general election," organizers said. "Join us to learn about your rights as a voter with a disability, the in-person and remote balloting options available to you, the resources to use if you encounter an accessibility barrier, and more."

Michelle Bishop of the National Disability Rights Network and Laura Waterland of the Delaware Disabilities Law Program will present.
