Alison Kero Organizing, a professional organizing business formerly based in New York City, and Distinctively U Designs this week announced that they have joined forces to offer a new venture to locals and new residents in Sussex County. By partnering together, they said, Alison Kero Organizing and Distinctively U Designs are bringing to market packages designed to merge form, function and fashion for homeowners.

Alison Kero, owner of Alison Kero Organizing, brings with her more than 15 years of experience as a residential and commercial professional organizer and decluttering expert. Jennifer Bland, owner of Distinctively U Designs, is a personal stylist for fashion and interiors. She has 12 years of experience in the residential and commercial interior design field and has focused on fashion for the last four years.

The duo offers four annual sessions titled “Fashion, Form, and Function,” with both experts to help conquer clutter and create a space that functions well and looks great. Each season allows clients to tackle a different space in their home.

Planned sessions include:

• Spring: March 1 through May 31: Master Closet Spring Cleaning;

• Summer: June 1 through Aug. 1: Guest Room Organization & Redesign;

• Fall: Aug. 15 through Oct. 31: Master Bedroom Organization & Redesign; and

• Holiday Season: Nov. 1 through Jan. 31, 2021: Main Room Organization & Redesign.

“We’re excited to launch this service to our neighbors, “said Kero. “This partnership enables both of us to provide greater value to our clients while establishing and strengthening our brand presence in this area of Delaware.”

“This collaboration will make it easier for clients to address an organizational project in their home in one day but also have a direction on how to move forward with making future purchases for both fashion and interiors after we discuss their personality and style,” stated Jennifer Bland. “Our packages are designed to leave the client feeling a sense of accomplishment and ease after we leave.”

The two businesswomen plan to launch their new product line at an interactive seminar held on Wednesday, March 18, at the Fairfield Inn in Rehoboth Beach from 6 to 8 p.m. Tickets cost $25, and there’s a 30-person maximum. Discounts for packages will be offered to those in attendance.

Attendees are being encouraged to bring one item of clothing they need help with to use as part of the interactive workshop. Contact Jennifer Bland for more information, at (302) 745-3439 or at
