PURSUANT TO 22 DEL.C. SECTION 327 (a) AND ARTICLE XI, SECTION
145-37(B)(1)(C), TEN (10) FT side yard setback requirements of the Code
of South Bethany. The Board of Adjustment will hold a virtual Public
Hearing to consider the homeowner’s request for a stairway encroaching
into the left-side yard setback of the existing home.
All interested parties should attend by phone and present their views. If
unable to attend electronically, written comments will be accepted, but must
be received prior to public hearing. Copies of the documents concerning
this matter are available for inspection upon request at South Bethany
