TOWN OF OCEAN VIEW PUBLIC NOTICE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of
the Town of Ocean View will review the following applications:
• P-333: A Concept Plan Review of a Land Development Site Plan
submitted by the property owners, Jeffrey A. & Stephanie A.
Wilkinson, for a subdivision of one (1) parcel of land into four (4)
parcels on property zoned R-1 (Single-Family Residential) located at
NW/Elliott Ave., E. DeMarie Dr. - Residual Lands of Jeffrey A.
& Stephanie A. Wilkinson (PIDN: 135.004 / Sussex CTM#
134-12.00-327.00).
• P-334: A review of an Ordinance Amending Article VII, §140-49 of the
Ocean View Land Use and Development Code to Reduce the
Minimum Required Area for Commercial Uses to 25% of Net Tract
Area in MXPC (Mixed-Use Planned Community) Districts. The
proposed amendment reduces the minimum required area for
commercial uses from 40% minimum to 25% minimum.

The Town will hold these reviews on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 6:00pm or
as soon as possible thereafter by ZOOM Teleconference. The meeting link
will appear on the posted agenda for the meeting (www.oceanviewde.com).
Written comments will be accepted but must be received prior to the
hearing. Please note that the meeting agenda is subject to change.

The Town’s administrative offices located at 201 Central Avenue are
currently closed to the public due to COVID-19 health concerns.
