The Delaware Alcoholic Beverage Control Commissioner

The Commissioner will hold a virtual hearing on June 1, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.
on the protested application of Bear Traps Spirits, Inc., t/a Banks Wine and
Spirits located at 38014 Town Center Road, Millville, DE 19967. This
applicant applied for construction of warehouse addition for a premise
located at 38014 Town Center Drive, Millville, DE. Persons who are
residents or property owners within a mile of the proposed premises, or
residents or property owners of any incorporated areas within a mile of the
proposed premises who submitted written protests are permitted to
participate in the hearing pursuant to 4 Del. C. § 541. Persons who qualify
may testify at the hearing and may be represented by counsel. Those
wishing to offer testimony during the public hearing must pre-register on
the OABCC website no later than noon on the day before the hearing to

Commissioner’s Office by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2022. Any
documents received after this deadline will not be considered. Documents
