The Delaware Alcoholic Beverage Control Commissioner

The Commissioner will hold a virtual hearing on June 1, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.
on the protested application of Bear Traps Spirits, Inc., t/a Banks Wine and
Spirits located at 38014 Town Center Road, Millville, DE 19967. This
applicant applied for construction of warehouse addition for a premise
located at 38014 Town Center Drive, Millville, DE. Persons who are
residents or property owners within a mile of the proposed premises, or
residents or property owners of any incorporated areas within a mile of the
proposed premises who submitted written protests are permitted to
participate in the hearing pursuant to 4 Del. C. § 541. Persons who qualify
may testify at the hearing and may be represented by counsel. Those
wishing to offer testimony during the public hearing must pre-register on
the OABCC website no later than noon on the day before the hearing to
be added to the list of those who will testify https://oabcc.delaware.gov/.
Those who are on the list to testify will be recognized to speak during the
hearing.

All documents to be used at the hearing must be received by the
Commissioner’s Office by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2022. Any
documents received after this deadline will not be considered. Documents
can be submitted: by dropping off at the Commissioner’s Office Monday –
Friday during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., by mail (Office of the
Alcoholic Beverage Control Commissioner, 820 N. French St., Third Floor,

or
by

to
oabcchearingexhibits@delaware.gov. As this is a virtual hearing, it may be
that documents placed in the record would not be viewable at the hearing.
