Carper to host 11th Annual U.S. Service Academy Information Night

U.S. Sen. Tom Carper (D-Del.) this week announced the date for his 11th Annual U.S. Service Academy Information Night for Delaware middle- and high-school students, along with their families, teachers and school counselors, at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23, in the Education and Technology Building on the Terry Campus of Delaware Technical and Community College in Dover.
