Fenwick Island’s Beach Committee will meet on Saturday, June 3, at 9 a.m. at the town hall.
South Bethany
The South Bethany Town Council will hold its post-election reorganizational meeting on Saturday, June 3, at 10 a.m.
Bethany Beach
• The Bethany Beach Cultural and Historical Affairs Committee will host the second annual Seaside Craft Show on the town’s boardwalk on Saturday, June 3, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The show features fine crafts from a juried selection of craftspersons. Craft booths will run along the boardwalk off streets from Parkwood to Central, as well as the boardwalk-side tip of Garfield Parkway and the easternmost tip of Campbell Place.
• The Bethany Beach Audit Committee will meet on Wednesday, June 7, at 10 a.m., as part of the town’s annual audit process, which is currently ongoing.
Millville
• The mayor and council of the town of Millville will hold a workshop with Millville Group regarding the Millville By The Sea master planned community on Route 17 on Tuesday, June 6, at 1 p.m., at the town hall, 11 Club House Road. The meeting will be open to the public.
• The mayor and council of the town of Millville will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 13, at 7:30 p.m., at the town hall, 11 Club House Road, to review and possibly adopt a new fee schedule and building permit computation, for allotting a percentage of said fees to the Millville Volunteer Fire Company for emergency services funding. The town’s regular monthly meeting of town council will follow immediately after the public hearing.
Ocean View
The town of Ocean View will hold its regular monthly town council meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, in the town hall meeting room. Two public hearings will precede the meeting. Council will consider the second reading of an annexation of about 1.01 acres presented by Joseph Ross Irwin. A second reading considering the conditional use to permit serving alcohol to seated outdoor patrons at a restaurant at 29 F Atlantic Avenue will follow. Council will then hear a presentation from Millville Fire Hall officials asking for a town impact fee to support continued services to the town. It will also consider appointing a project manager for the building of the new police station on Central Avenue.
Selbyville
The town of Selbyville will hold its regular monthly meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, at town hall. Council will hear six annexation requests and an ordinance related to the discharge of fireworks and guns. Its members will then hear reports from town’s committees and an Old Timer’s day update for the celebration on June 17.
