o Second reading of an ordinance annexing the county portion of the Lord Baltimore Elementary School parcel into Ocean View;

o First reading of an ordinance relating to hours permitted for construction work, instituting fines to give the existing restrictions some “teeth”;

o First reading of an ordinance to formally institute a 5-cents-per-square-foot fee increase for building permits — while the town hasn’t earmarked that new revenue source, council had indicated it might be used to help support the Millville Volunteer Fire Company and ambulance service; and

o First reading of an ordinance adding establishments “engaged in the sale of alcoholic liquor, beer, wines and spirits for off-premises consumption” to the list of conditional uses.

In other business, the agenda includes discussion and consideration of: 1) a possible policy relating to “Caesar Rodney” signs, 2) the “Shores” house and property, 3) a new building for the Department of Public Works, and 4) budget adjustments.
