Mayor has his hands full
Technically, Ocean View Mayor Gary Meredith is number one. Ocean View has been around a while (founded in 1893), but until 2002, no mayor before Meredith had ever been chosen by popular election.

Redfin put on the auction block
An auction date has been set for the North Bethany Beach property that is currently home to popular restaurant Redfin Grill.
