NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 19, 2012, the Ocean View Board of Adjustment took the following action on a pending application:

• Review of Application V-247, a request for a variance from Article X,
§ 999-65 and from Article V, § 999-31 of the Ocean View Land Use and Development chapter of the Town Code, submitted by Joseph C. Raskauskas. The applicant seeks a variance that would allow the installation of two (2) 36 square feet wall signs, one of which will encroach into the required front setback at units A and B on property
located at 29 Atlantic Avenue (276.000) (1-34-13.00-23.00).
