Being the same lands and premises which Loren D. Dillingham and Loren D. Dillingham, Attorney in Fact for Nancy C. Dillingham, did grant and convey unto George E. Mandley, by deed dated May 12, 2006 and recorded on May 15, 2006 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Sussex County, State of Delaware, in Deed Book 3309 at Page 162.
