NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 17, 2011, the Ocean View Board of Adjustment took the following action on a pending application:

• Review of Application V-240, a request for a variance from Article V, § 999-28 of the Ocean View Land Use and Development Code, submitted by the Sussex County Council. The applicant seeks a variance from the requirement for a minimum lot size of 14,000 square feet in order to allow a pump station lot size of 7,529 square feet on property located at 36 Daisey Avenue (133.160) (134-12.00-2022.00).
