TOWN OF FRANKFORD
In accordance with Article 4-Administrative Procedures, Section 4.5(D) of the Land Development Ordinance for the Town of Frankford, the Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 7:00 PM, Frankford Town Hall, #5 Main Street, Frankford, Delaware to consider an application for a subdivision at #5 McNeal Drive, Tax Map 4.33-6.15-69.00, by M. & M. Properties, LLC.. The request for the subdivision is to separate surveyed land currently identified as #5 McNeal Drive to create (3) additional lots. All interested parties are urged to attend.
