The Bethany Beach Town Council adopted the following ordinance at its meeting held on November 18, 2011:
An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 425 (Zoning),Section 2, to Add Definitions for Balcony-Exterior, Deck-Roof and Eaves.
Synopsis
This ordinance amends the Town Zoning Ordinance to establish and define a “Balcony-Exterior”, “Deck-Roof” and “Eaves”.
