Ronald Perry Lynch of Frankford, Del., passed away on Nov. 20, 2017, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, Md. He was the son of the late Vollie M. Lynch and Hazel (Evans) Lynch.
Lynch was a Delaware State Police trooper for 20 years, retiring in 1979 as captain of Troop 4 in Georgetown, and also co-owned Cove Liquors from 1979 to 1984. He was on the Planning & Zoning Commission of Delaware from 1994 to 2004 and was a member of Doric Lodge #30 AF&AM Masonic Lodge in Millville, Del.
Lynch is survived by his wife of 66 years, Dorothy Ann (Quillen) Lynch; a daughter, Sherrie Griffiths; a son-in-law, Jack; a granddaughter, Amy Lore and her husband, Bob; a great-granddaughter, Emilie Hough; and a sister, Mary Jane Grapperhous and her husband, Bill.
