Joseph M. Petlock, 67, of Ocean View, Del., and formerly of Altoona, Pa. — a multiple sclerosis warrior of 12 years — passed away on Monday, Dec. 31, 2018, at his home, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on April 8, 1951, in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., son of Rita (Bawiec) Petlock and the late Joseph Petlock Jr.

Above all, he was a loving and devoted husband, son, father, grandfather, stepfather, brother and friend. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
