NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Ocean View that a Preliminary Land Development Site Plan review will be held for Application P-314, submitted by Mr. Jeffrey A. Clark of LandTech Land Planning, LLC, on behalf of the developer Double DB, LP, and the property owners Elizabeth and Jonathan EVANS and Barbara SLAVIN for the Stingray Harbor Subdivision (F.K.A. Canal Ridge) which proposes to consist of 36 single-family condominiums, two (2) roads, and one (1) stormwater management facility on property zoned R-1 (Residential), located at 47 West Avenue (PIDN: 267.000 / Sussex CTM#: 134-13.00-13.00).
This review is scheduled for 5 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on Thursday, December 20, 2018, in the Ocean View Town Hall located at 32 West Avenue. All interested parties are welcome to attend. If you plan to attend, please call the Director of Planning, Zoning & Development on the day of the review to ensure that the application is still on the schedule. If unable to attend the review, written comments will be accepted but must be received prior to the review.
The appropriate material may be examined by interested parties on the second floor of the Wallace A. Melson Municipal Building located at 201 Central Avenue between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. through 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For additional information, please contact Kenneth L.
