In addition to his father, Foskey was preceded in death by his wife, the love of his life, Gloria Jean Foskey, in 2011; his grandparents, Virgil H. Foskey and Hazel M. Foskey, and Joseph H. Jones and Blanche M. Jones; and a brother, Darryl Craig Foskey. He is survived by his mother, Dianna Sanders, and her husband, Harold, of Liberty, S.C.; two sisters, Crystal Price and her husband, Burleigh, and Lisa Toomey and her husband, Steve, all of Georgetown; a sister-in-law, Connie Foskey of Millsboro, Del.; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
