PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TOWN OF SOUTH BETHANY
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Pursuant to Section 22 DEL. C Section 327 (a) and Article XV, Section145-58(C) of the Code of South Bethany, the Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing to consider the request of the owners of 9 S. 3rd Street, South Bethany for a Variance from the front yard set back requirements of (20’) feet, established by Section 145-38.A., to CONSTRUCT A DECK ON THE SECOND LEVEL, APPROXIMATELY 8’ X 40 ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROPOSED DWELLING, WHICH WILL ENCROACH APPROXIMATLEY EIGHT FEET (8’) INTO THE FRONT YARD SETBACK.
