Ocean View P&Z August 18 Meeting Notice

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Ocean View will review a revised landscaping plan submitted by the Becker Morgan Group for JEM X LLC in conjunction with Application P-254 for the establishment and erection of a General Business to operate a CVS pharmacy/retail store on a parcel located at 54 Atlantic Avenue (047.100) (134-12.00-646.00).
This review will be held at 7 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on Thursday, August 18, 2011, in the Town Hall located at 32 West Avenue.
The revised landscaping plan and related materials may be examined by interested parties on the second floor of the Wallace A. Melson Municipal Building located at 201 Central Avenue between 8:30 a.m. and noon and 1 and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
All interested parties are welcome to attend this meeting and present their views. If unable to attend, written comments will be accepted but must be received prior to the meeting.
