The Board of Adjustment of the Town of Bethany Beach will hold a Public meeting on December 12, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. in the Bethany Beach Town Hall, 214 Garfield Parkway in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application for a Variance, filed by Vince Robertson of Griffin & Hackett, P.A. for property owners Paul L. and Katherine Norton Warren, for the property identified as Block 17, Lot 13, at 113 Fourth Street, in the R-1 Zoning District. The applicant is seeking a variance from 425 Attachment 3, Appendix 3 Table of Dimensional Requirements for an encroachment of 0.8’ (0.9’ at the existing chimney) into a required side yard.
The application may be inspected in the office of the Building Inspector, 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE. between the hours of 8:00am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except scheduled Holidays.
All interested persons are hereby notified to be present and to attend this hearing where said Board may make a determination on the application. Said Board without further notice may adjourn such hearing from time to time.
The Board may recess for good reason on the announced day and reconvene on another day to continue the hearing; in such a case, the announcement of the date and time of reconvening will constitute sufficient public notice.
