BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 20, 2012, the Ocean View Board of Adjustment took the following action on a pending application:
Application V-263, which is a request for a variance from Article V, § 140-28 of the Land Use and Development Chapter of the Town Code submitted by the property owner, Timothy R. Ebner - executor of the estate of Kathrine R. Ebner. Article V, § 140-28 requires a rear lot line setback of 30 feet for principal structures and attached accessory structures in the R-1 zone wherein this parcel is located. This variance seeks to permit an existing principal structure with attached accessory structures to encroach a maximum of .2 feet into the required rear lot line setback on property located at 9 Sea Hawk Lane (PIDN: 259.020 / Sussex CTM#: 134-13.00-1176.00).
