Fenwick Island - Sidewalk Project Bidding

CONTRACT NO. 2013-01

Public notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the construction of the Town Hall Sidewalk Project located at the Town of Fenwick Island, Delaware. Bids will be received at the Town of Fenwick Island, 800 Coastal Highway, Fenwick Island, DE 19944 until 3 PM local time on March 25, 2013, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidder bears the risk of late delivery. Any bids received after the stated time will be returned unopened. The time and location of the bid opening may be extended with a minimum of two (2) calendar days notice to the Bidders.

Documents may be obtained beginning March 5, 2013 Landmark Science & Engineering, 100 W. Commons Boulevard, Suite 301, New Castle, DE 19720 or Town of Fenwick Island, 800 Coastal Highway, Fenwick Island, DE 19944, upon the receipt of a non-refundable payment in the amount of $25.00 per set by check made payable to Landmark Science & Engineering, or via our FTP site at ftp.landmarkjcm.com, user name fenwickisle, password C12252le!. Please email us at tedw@landmarkjcm.com if you obtain drawings via the FTP site so that we can provide addenda and other information to your company. Documents may be examined at the office of the Town Manager, Town of Fenwick Island, 800 Coastal Highway, Fenwick Island, DE 19944.

A bid security in the amount of the bid, plus a consent of surety must accompany each bid. Bid Security shall specify the Owner as the obligee. Owner: Town of Fenwick Island.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Town of Fenwick Town Hall, 800 Coastal Highway, Fenwick Island, Delaware on March 12, 2013 at 10:00 AM local time. Attendance is mandatory.
