TOWN OF OCEAN VIEW BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 18, 2013, the Ocean View Board of Adjustment took the following actions on pending applications:

A. APPROVED - Application V-253, Extension Request on a Special Exception granted on for an Assisted Living Facility on Beaver Dam Road.

B. APPROVED - Application V-268, a request for a variance from Article VII, § 140-50-B of the Land Use and Development Chapter of the Town Code submitted by Insight Homes LLC on behalf of the property owners.

C. APPROVED - Application V-269, a request for a variance from Article VII, § 140-50-B and Article V, § 140-32 of the Land Use and Development Chapter of the Town Code submitted by Insight Homes, LLC on behalf of the property owners.

D. APPROVED - Application V-270, a request for a variance from Article VII, § 140-50-B and Article V, § 140-32 of the Land Use and Development Chapter of the Town Code submitted by Insight Homes, LLC on behalf of the property owners.

E. APPROVED - Application V-266, a request for a variance from Article V, § 140-31 and § 140-33 and from Article XVI, § 140-100-D(12)(b)[2] of the Land Use and Development Chapter of the Town Code and Article III, §187-10-A of the Streets and Sidewalks Chapter of the Town Code submitted by Steven W. Smith with the approval of the property owner Edna Taylor.

F. Application V-267, a request for a variance from Sign Regulations and Requirements as required by Article XIX, § 222-82-F: Signs, Number and Surface Area (2) and Article XXI, § 222-90-A (2) and (3) and § 222-94-B (2) and (3) submitted by K. William Scott, Esq., on behalf of the property owner 26 Centre LLC.
