TRACT 1: ALL that certain tract of land together with improvements erected thereon, being more fully bounded and described in accordance with a deed from Richard C. Johnson and Patricia A. Johnson to Linda D. Johnson and Stanley L. Johnson, mo1tgagors herein, dated October 25, 1995 and recorded October 26, 1995 in the Office for the Recording of Deeds in and for Sussex County, Delaware, in Book 2083, page 255.

BEING the same lands conveyed to Stanley L. Johnson and Linda D. Johnson by deed from Richard C. Johnson and Patricia A. Johnson, dated
October 25, 1995, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Sussex County in Deed Book 2083, page 255.

TRACT 2: ALL that certain tract of land together with improvements erected thereon, being more fully bounded and described in accordance with a deed from Richard C. Johnson and Patricia A. Johnson to Linda D. Johnson and Stanley L. Johnson, mortgagors herein, dated November 11, 1999 and recorded March 10, 2000 in the Office for the Recording of Deeds in and for Sussex County, Delaware, in Book 2467, page 093.

BEING the same lands conveyed to Stanley L. Johnson and Linda D.
Johnson by deed from Richard C. Johnson and Patricia A. Johnson, dated November 11, 1999, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Sussex County in Deed Book 2467, page 093.

Registration is required for all bidders prior to sale. A $4,000.00 deposit (Cash or Cashiers/certified check payable to Sheriff of Sussex County) and valid driver’s license or photo I.D. are required to register.

TERMS: 20 percent of the purchase money will be demanded on day of sale (The $4,000.00 Bidder Registration Fee will be credited to the 20% deposit). Cash or Cashier's Check is required. The balance is to be paid on or before 3/21/16. Sale subject to confirmation by the Superior Court on 3/28/16; subject to a 1 1/2 percent Delaware Realty Transfer Tax; 3/4 percent to be paid by the Seller and 3/4 percent to be paid by the
