BEGINNING at a T-bar set on the Westerly right of way of County Road 305 and Northeasterly corner of this property and property now or formerly of Roland Anemore; thence, North 66 degrees 21 minutes 18 seconds, West 39.49 feet to a found cedar stab; thence, South 05 degrees 39
minutes 45 seconds West, 35.61 feet to a placed T-bar; thence, with the lands now or formerly of Townsend North 63 degrees 50 minutes 57 seconds West, 432.09 feet to a T-Bar set; thence, South 32 degrees 07 minutes 03 seconds West 463.80 feet to a T-bar set; thence, leaving lands now or formerly of Townsend on a new line between this property and other property now or formerly of Richard C. TERMS: 20 percent of the purchase money will be demanded on day of sale (The $4,000.00 Bidder Registration Fee will be credited to the 20% deposit). Cash or Cashier's Check is required. The balance is to be paid on or before 3/21/16. Sale subject to confirmation by the Superior Court on 3/28/16; subject to a 1 1/2 percent Delaware Realty Transfer Tax; 3/4 percent to be paid by the Seller and 3/4 percent to be paid by the
