Beginning at found pipe located on the Southerly right of way boundary line of Dodd Street and said point being situate at the Northerly corner of the subject parcel and the Northeasterly corner of adjoining lands now or formerly of Barbara Wharton; thence running along the aforesaid right of way boundary line of Dodd Street, South Sixty-two (62) degrees fifteen (15) minutes Zero (0) seconds East Ninety-eight (98) feet to a point; thence turning and running along the line forming the common boundary between the subject parcel and adjoining lands now or formerly of Helen L.
