At the Sussex County Sheriff's Office, West Complex, 22215 DuPont Boulevard, Georgetown, Delaware,
Georgetown Hundred, Sussex County, State of Delaware, the following described real estate to wit:

ALL that certain piece, parcel, lot or tract of land designated in County Land Records as Map\Tax Parcel 2-34 24.00 203-00, commonly known and located by assigned Postal Street
Address: 36 Creek Drive, being Lot C-11, as shown on a Plan recorded in and for Sussex County in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Plot Book 8 Page 677, for the Lots and Community of Winding Creek Village, Section 1, situate Indian River Hundred, Sussex County. Delaware, and being more particularly located and ascertained by the following metes and bounds description, written by the PELSA Company, Inc., Land Consultants and Surveyors, in accordance with the location given for Lot C-11 as shown said Record Plan above, thus bounded and described, to-wit:

Registration is required for all bidders prior to sale. A $4,000.00 deposit (Cash or Cashiers/certified check payable to Sheriff of Sussex County) and valid driver’s
license or photo I.D. are required to register.

TERMS: 20 percent of the purchase money will be demanded on day of sale (The $4,000.00 Bidder Registration Fee will be credited to the 20% deposit). Cash or Cashier's Check is
required. The balance is to be paid on or before 7/18/16. Sale subject to confirmation by the Superior Court on 7/22/16;
subject to a 1 1/2 percent Delaware Realty Transfer Tax; 3/4 percent to be paid by the Seller and 3/4 percent to be paid by the Purchaser; and subject to 1 1/2 percent Sussex County Realty Tax, 3/4 percent to be paid by the Seller and 3/4 percent to be paid by the Purchaser.
