At the Sussex County Sheriff's Office, West Complex, 22215 DuPont Boulevard, Georgetown, Delaware, Georgetown Hundred, Sussex County, State of Delaware, the following described real estate to wit:

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, lying and being situate in
Baltimore Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware, being known and
designated as Lot No. 39 as shown on the plot of White's Neck Village, said plot being filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, at Georgetown, Delaware in Plot Book 8, Page 481 and being more
particularly described according to a survey prepared by Charles L
Coffman, III, dated October 25, 2000 as follows, to wit:
