All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, lying and being situate in
Gumboro Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware and being designated as PARCEL B according to a survey entitled "BANNAVONG PROPERTY"
prepared by Environmental Consultants International Corporation, dated February 26, 2007 and filed in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, at Georgetown, Delaware in Plot Book 113, Page 199, as follows to wit:

Being a portion of the lands conveyed unto Oune Bannovong and Tanya L. Syphengpheth, now known as Tanya L. Bannavong, by Deed of Marian H. Smith, said Deed dated February 15, 2002, of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in Sussex County, Delaware, in Deed Book 2681, Page 30.

Parcel number on the deeds erroneously states 3-33-11-103 it should state 3-33-7.00- 64.00

Being the same lands and premises which Marian H. Smith, did grant and convey unto Oune Bannavong & Tanya L. Syphengpheth, by deed dated February 15, 2002 and recorded on February 28, 2002 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Sussex County, State of Delaware, in Deed Book 2681 at Page 30.
