Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment of the Town of Bethany Beach will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Bethany Beach Town Hall, 214 Garfield Parkway in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following:
An application for an Appeal of the Building Inspector’s decision, filed by attorney David C. Hutt for property owner Jo Carroll Onoffrey, for the
proprty identified as Block 33, Lot 5, at 857 Garfield Parkway, in the R-2 Zoning District. The applicant is seeking an appeal of the Building
Inspector’s decision in regards to Section 425-84 Planned Residential
Development related to the calculation of the permitted overall net density of standard dwelling units.
The application may be inspected in the office of the Building Inspector, 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, Delaware, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except scheduled Holidays.
All interested persons are hereby notified to be present and to attend this hearing where said Board may make a determination on the application, Said Board without further notice may adjourn such hearing from time to time.
The Board may recess for good reason on the announced day and
reconvene on another day to continue the hearing; in such a case, the
announcement of the date and time of reconvening will constitute sufficient public notice.
