Gary Lee Sagers, 52, of Dagsboro died at Beebe Medical Center on Thursday April 6, 2006. He was a millwright and former owner of Sandy Cove Campground in Ocean View.
Gary loved to work on his computer, enjoyed carpentry, reading, but most importantly was a loving and devoted husband and father.
He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years Deborah M. (Cary) Sagers; his mother and step-father, Esther and Russell McCallin; two daughters, Katie Elizabeth and Colleen Marie Sagers; two brothers, Kevin and Keith Sagers; two sisters, Diane Moses and Lisa Greenfield; six nieces and nephews, Scott Craiger, Adam and Alexa Greenfield, Erin Sagers, Heather Salois and Alyssia Henry; and best friends Leonard and Carol Floyd.
A memorial service was scheduled for April 11, at the Community Lutheran Church, Omar Rd., Frankford.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Gary’s name to The Community Lutheran Church Building Fund, 30897 Omar Rd., Frankford, DE 19945 or The National Kidney Foundation of Maryland, 1107 Kenilworth Drive Suite 202, Baltimore MD 21204.
