Jessie Lee Thomas, 77, of Frankford, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2006.
He was a retired poultry worker.
He loved fishing, playing pool, people and was a stranger to no one. He also was a very good cook.
He is survived by his children, Clifton Bell and wife Ilene; Lawyer Hicks and wife Sally; Barry Thomas and wife Tawanda; Ronnie Thomas; Rufus Thomas; Ulysses Thomas; Raymond Thomas; Rosie Coleman and James; Dora Bell Isler and Larry; Lorraine Burton and Brian; Beth Morris and husband Larry; Sandra Mumford; Amanda Purnell and Timothy; Rachel Bivens and Calvin; sisters, Annie Fulmore and Maye Newsome; sister-in-law, Mary Sue Belle; brother-in-laws, Cleveland Belle and wife Mary Francis; Calvin and Shirley Bell; Robert Belle; 34 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Rosie Bell Thomas in 1993.
Funeral services were scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 9, 2006, at 1 p.m. at Trinity Holiness Church, Frankford where friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Interment will be at Zoar Golden Acres, Bishopville, Md.
