Families Connected grateful for all the help
Families Connected would like to thank the local media for covering our Spirit of Christmas adopt family drive and holiday event. Because of your support, our agency was able to attract many sponsors to help support needy families in Sussex County during the holiday season. Without your coverage outlining our needs, many sponsors may not have known how to contact us to help. Because of you, many responded to the call to help others who are less fortunate in the community and for that we are truly grateful.
Thanks for helping us bring our community together which resulted in successful outcomes for the people we serve. Also, a very special thanks to our sponsors.
On Sunday, Dec 17, the following churches, groups and individuals came together to provide Christmas dinner, entertainment, gifts and volunteers to serve over 150 community youth and their families.
