George H. McElveen, 86, of Georgetown passed away on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2007.
He was a retired supervisor for the Washington Terminal Co. in Washington, D.C. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and raising beagles. He loved field trials with his dogs.
He is survived by his wife, Frances M. McElveen; children, Terry McElveen of Bowie, Md., Robert McElveen of Punta Gorda, Fla., Mirian Guerra of Millsboro; brother, Oland Davis McElveen of Georgetown; grandchildren, Tara McElveen of Glendale, Md., George and Rachel McElveen of Islamorada, Fla., Janet Guerra of New York, N.Y., and Michell Esposito of Milton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George W. and Pearl Stokes McElveen.
Services and burial will be private.
