Betty Jane Hall, 57, of Millsboro, passed away Friday, Feb. 9, 2007, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes.
Hall was a devoted member of Millsboro’s Seventh Day Adventist Church. She loved to sing, travel, cook and shop, and was a foster parent. She won first place in the Mountaire talent contest in 2004.
She is survived by her husband, Walter L. Hall Sr., sons Walter L. Hall Jr. of Millsboro, Kenneth Joynes of Dover, Deon and Raheim Brunskill of Millsboro; daughter, Tanya A. Hall of Lewes; grandchildren Elisha, Ja’len, Jonathan, K.J. and Dristina; brothers, Sidney L. Murray of Cambridge, Md., Frank Murray Jr. of Washington, D.C., Henry Fordham of Dover, Willie Johnson Jr. of Newark, N.J., Theodore Johnson of New York, Chris Johnson of Salisbury, Md.; and sisters Juanita Mosley of Dover and Linda Hudge of Hammond, La.
She was predeceased by her parents, Willie and Lucille Johnson.
A funeral service was scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, at the 1st Seventh Day Adventist Church in Millsboro, with interment at the church cemetery.
