Robin Dorothy Carson, formerly O’Donnell, 45, of Millsboro, Del., passed away Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008, in her home. She was employed at the Georgetown, Del., Wal-Mart since its opening. A devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister and, most of all, friend, she had a heart too big for any one person. She will always be loved, truly missed and never forgotten.
Carson is survived by her husband, George Carson; both parents, Judith Carr of Millsboro and Richard Schreiber and stepmother, Louise, of Upper Darby, Pa.; a sister, Holly Steele and her husband Mike, of Millsboro; 10 children, Shanna, Nikki, Marrissa, Patrick and Jamie O’Donnell, all of Millsboro, George and Karen Carson of Millsboro, Amy Carson of St. Michaels, Md., Melissa Castrejon of Bridgeville and Sandy Carson of N.C.; 10 grandchildren, all of whom called her “Mom Mom”; and all the others who called her “Mom.”
Funeral services were scheduled for Monday, Aug. 11, 2008, with interment in the Delaware Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Conley’s United Methodist Church, 22150 Robinson Rd., Lewes, DE 19958.
