Letitia Rosalind Duff, 48, of Oak Orchard, near Millsboro, Del., passed away Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, at home. A counselor with the State of Delaware, she received her bachelor of arts degree in behavioral science and was pursuing her master of science degree in community counseling.
Duff was preceded in death by her father, Lee Duff Sr.; and a sister, Dorothy Loretta Harper. She is survived by her mother, Constance L. Harmon Baker of Millsboro; her siblings, Robert L. Duff Jr. and his wife, Judith, of Smyrna, Del., Juano K. Duff and his wife, Rose, of Gastonia, N.C., Monique A. Watkins of Wilmington, Del., Sara Jackson and her husband, Steven, of Houston, Pa., and Richard “Ricky” Duff and his wife, Glory, of Houston, Pa.; a special friend and beloved adopted family member for whom she was guardian, Jay Sterndale; nieces Sharuea Washington, Alita Rumph, Monet Watkins, Tori, Deja and Matuja; nephews Juano K. Duff Jr., Jerell Duff, Keair Watkins and Jeremy Duff; and great-nieces and nephews Javen, Kyrin, Noel, Gabrielle, Mesa and Maia.
Funeral services were scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2008. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions to offset funeral expenses be sent to Robert Duff Jr., 206 Grace Lane, Smyrna, DE 19977.
