Elwood H. Kulp, 76, of Millsboro, Del., formerly of Royersford, Pa., passed away Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, in Beebe Medical Center, Lewes, Del. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in Korea. A retired brick mason, he had worked for the Bricklayer Local 54 in Pennsylvania. He was a master Mason of Royersford Masonic Lodge #585, a lifetime member of American Legion Post 28 in Oak Orchard, Del., and an avid Indian River Volunteer Fire Company supporter.
Kulp was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Amelia Kulp. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Elaine (Sealer) Kulp; three daughters, Susanna L. Selfinger, Carol A. Moulden and Wendy M. Wickward; a sister-in-law, Marge Kulp; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were scheduled for Monday, Sept. 8, 2008, with interment in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro, Del. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Indian River Volunteer Fire Co., Station 80, 32628 Oak Orchard Rd., Millsboro, DE 19966.
