Mildred D. Lawrance Turner, 98, of Millsboro, Del., formerly of Drexel Hill, Pa., passed away Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009, in Beebe Medical Center, Lewes, Del. She was a retired operator for the Bell Telephone Co. of Pennsylvania.
Turner was preceded in death by her first husband, Wayne G. Lawrance; and her second husband, Robert D. Turner. She is survived by her son, Ronald G. Lawrance and his wife, Connie H.; a sister, Dorothy Brady and her husband, Donald; two granddaughters, Kristy-An Ferracci and Adrienne Nickerson; a grandson, John Greene; a great-grandson, R.J. Crum; a great-granddaughter, Ashley Nickerson; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private.
