Four arrested in Frankford bust


On Thursday July 2, the Delaware State Police, along with the Milford Police Department, executed a search warrant at the residence of Dianne Cottingham on Blueberry Lane in Frankford, in connection with a drug investigation. According to the DSP, during the search of the residence, police recovered 8.9 grams of suspected powder cocaine and 1.8 grams of suspected crack cocaine, as well as drug paraphernalia, and $3,147 cash was seized.

Police said three other people were in the residence at the time of the search, and all four were arrested on a variety of drug-related charges.

Cottingham, 41, was charged with possession with the intent to deliver cocaine, maintaining a dwelling, criminal nuisance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Janice Clark, 38, of Salisbury, Md., was charged with possession of Schedule IV prescription pill.

Branden Cottingham, 26, of Frankford was arrested for Possession with the intent to deliver cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bertha Taylor, 51, of Frankford was arrested for possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
