BREAKING NEWS: Selbyville police seeking man missing for a week


The Selbyville Police Department is requesting assistance in locating 42-year-old John L. Price Jr. Police said Price was last seen about 9 p.m. Friday night, Jan. 21, leaving the Food Lion grocery store on Route 113 (DuPont Blvd.), on foot, after being stranded due to mechanical problems with his vehicle.

PricePricePrice was described as 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 155 pounds, with a thin build and shoulder-length brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black Snap-On hat, black Carhart jacket, black jeans and a blue/grey hoodie.
 
Police said Price has no family in the Selbyville area, nor did he have extra clothing or his medication with him at the time of his disappearance. Price is originally from the Elkton, Md., area, but has been living in Felton. Police said he had quit his job earlier in the day and made statements that he wanted to get away. They said he had been dropped off in Selbyville due to the vehicle problems and had been traveling to an unknown location. He was described as being "at risk."
