Jerry Mueller Real Estate announced this week that Michael Kwiecien has joined the firm as a Realtor.
“Michael is a dedicated husband, father, and is an active member of the community,” said Mueller. “He is a U.S. Army veteran, and his formal education includes a master’s degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s degree in history from Rowan University.’
Kwiecien has previously worked as a Realtor for Seacoast Realty and Coldwell Banker in Bethany Beach. He has also worked for area builders and previously owned his own custom homebuilding business.
“His intricate knowledge of the local market and building makes him an asset to any Client,” said Mueller. “In addition to his experience, Michael offers his clients the Jerry Mueller Real Estate Buyers and Sellers Advantage Programs. This program saves buyers and sellers money when enrolled, which is unmatched by anyone else locally.
“I love working for Jerry Mueller,” Kwiecien said, “and I am so thankful for the opportunity to earn 100 percent of my commission. There is no comparing the personal relationship you will find in a boutique real estate office to that of the larger franchises.”
