The Long & Foster Real Estate Inc.’s Bethany Beach sales office, located at 33298 Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, this week announced the names of its top-producing sales associates for the first quarter of 2012.

The top producers for the first quarter of 2012 for the Bethany Beach sales office included the following:
For the month of January, Todd Vickers was named Top Producer, while the Allison Stine Team, which includes Allison Stine and Colleen Kellner, was named the Top Listing Agent. In addition, the Leslie Kopp Group earned honors as the office’s Top Producing Group.
For the month of February, Shirley Price earned the honors of Top Producer, Top Listing and Top Selling agent, while the Karen & Missy Team, which includes Karen Sergison and Missy Nalewaik, was named the Top Listing and the Top Selling Team. February’s Top Producer was awarded to the Allison Stine Team, while the Top Producing Group was awarded to the Leslie Kopp Group.
In March, the awards for Top Agents, Top Producer and Top Listing and Selling Agents were awarded to Ashley Brosnahan, while the honors of Top Listing, Top Selling and Top Producer teams was awarded to the Karen & Missy Team. The Leslie Kopp Group once again earned honors as the Top Producing Group.
According to Wells, data supplied by the Sussex County Multiple Listing Service and its member Association of Realtors, for the period of April 1, 2011, to March 31, 2012, Long & Foster’s Bethany Beach sales office ranked No. 1 overall of the top 10 firms in the following categories: Listing Volume Sold in Sussex County; Listing Units Sold in Sussex County; Listing Volume Sold in Bethany Beach; Listing Units Sold in Fenwick Island; Listing Volume Sold in Fenwick Island; Listing Units Sold in Selbyville; Listing Volume Sold in Selbyville; Listing Units Sold in Ocean View; and Listing Volume Sold in Ocean View.
