Thousands of Long & Foster sales associates and employees rolled up their sleeves and took their talents into local neighborhoods to give something back during the company’s annual Community Service Day on June 11. The Long & Foster teams worked on-site at parks, schools, shelters, homes and daycare centers, helping local organizations with spring cleaning efforts and other improvements.
Locally, the Bethany Beach office raised money for Meals on Wheels through a silent auction.
“The agents gathered items from the community businesspeople, and we thank them all for being so generous. We had a party to celebrate the completion of our office renovations and had the auction at that time since we had so many people attend,” representatives noted.
“We presented a check in the amount of $2,269 to Randy Nelson, marketing manager for Cheer Inc., on June 4 at our office meeting.”
