Carroll T. Anderson, 90, of Ocean View, Del., passed away peacefully on Oct. 7, 2016.
He was born May 5, 1927, in Washington, D.C., son of the late Guy and Edith Anderson.
He served in the Navy and the Reserves for ten years during and after World War II.
Anderson had a distinguished 40-year career in public service, including 30 years working in the NASA Space Program and at the Department of Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
His passions included fishing, golfing and spending time with family and friends.
Anderson is predeceased by his wife Bernice Anderson of 53 years.
He is survived by his beloved children, Brenda Goddard, Bruce Anderson, Nancy Gonzalez and Darlene Colbert, as well as his seven cherished grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016, at 2:30 p.m. with visitation at 2 p.m. at Melson Funeral Services, 38040 Muddy Neck Road, Ocean View, Del.
